Going Nowhere - A Wanderhome Module
A downloadable project
"It's early Gateling in Sungrasp Valley. The days have become shorter and hotter, while
the nights have become longer and colder. The residents of the Sungrasp Village are
hard at work as usual; children running around, laughing and playing while the grown
ups are hard at work in the fields and the elderly kith are gossiping to one another.
Rhino Beetles pull field plows and the trees sway gently in the warm breeze. However,
not everything is as it seems in the village. Reports of teens going missing in the middle
of the night with no signs of foul play are making the adults talk and their families
worry. What could be the cause of it?"
This is a module for Wanderhome, complete with instructions, locations, and kith , that you can drop into any Wanderhome journey for a mysterious and bittersweet interlude that raises more questions than it answers.
Meet the residents of the Sungrasp Valley village and the warm welcome of everyone in the town, apart from the grumpy old elders! But the longer you stay in this town, the more it's picture-perfect facade falls away.
Ask and answer questions metaphysical, philosophical, and ridiculous. Try to find the teens. Make up your own mind what happened here.
NOTE: This wouldn't have been made possible if not for the amazing module template teasugarsalt made right here. Go check out her work and the template if you wish to make one yourself!
Also, this module uses natures from Jay Dragon's Stretch Goals(a small expansion to Wanderhome) as well as my own fanmade nature Train. I recommend you have these two documents to play so you can refer to the natures yourself, however it is not required.
Comments and feedback on how it plays well is appreciated!
