Beyond the River-Floating Bookshop[Expansion]

"Have you ever wondered what lies beyond the River? You’ve heard countless tales from travelers alike, bringing strange and new things to the River from The Great Sea and Beyond. The lands are strange and mysterious, especially for the Riverfolk who have lived along the River their whole lives. Only a few animalfolk that once traveled said lands have settled down along the River, and whenever someone talks about either place everyone listens with awe and wonder.

If these stories have entranced you, surely you must have thoughts of your own of what those places are like. Surely you’ve yearned to branch off and explore those new places, leave the comfort of your bookshop, and explore something new, right? Of course, that could never happen.

But what if it could?"

This is a fanmade expansion to Ella Lim's Fox Curio's Floating Bookshop. I love it SO MUCH and you should check it out! You kind of have to if you want to play this expansion, after all.

This document allows the player to travel to the Great Sea and the Beyond, locations that are mentioned in the back of the book but aren't places you can travel. Until now!

This includes:

New weather events depending on the place, new towns and locations, new NPCs to meet, new items, new holidays, and more!

I will probably make more expansions like this in the future for this game if I really enjoy it and you guys do too, although they will most likely be much smaller than this one. Even so, this one will continue to get updates from time to time, one of which will end up adding new Special Books that customers can order that you have to get from the Great Sea or the Beyond.

If you've also recognized some of the names I've used in this, it's because I took inspiration from Stardew Valley and Spiritfarer, two of my favorite games!
